Tyler Thomas Stiglich earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance and a minor in economics from the University of Oregon in 2007 and went on to graduate with honors and earn his Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law in 2015. During law school he served on the Moot Court Honors Board as an oral advocate and brief writer and also earned the book award for achieving the highest grade in Commercial Law. He was then admitted to the Florida Bar in 2015.
After law school Tyler was honored to serve as an Assistant Public Defender in Orlando, Florida, and represent hundreds of his neighbors facing criminal charges including Assault, Battery, Burglary, Child Abuse, Dealing in Stolen Property, Domestic Violence, DUI, Driving while License Suspended, Drug Possession, Fleeing and Eluding, Juvenile, Resisting Arrest, Robbery, Sex Offenses, Traffic, and Trespass.
Tyler then worked for Florida’s largest insurance defense firm representing the biggest insurance companies in the country. Tyler has litigated hundreds of cases focusing mainly on Homeowners Insurance, Personal Injury Protection (PIP), and Premise Liability.
Tyler is now the owner and managing attorney of Stiglich Law, PLLC, where is he happy to use his litigation experience to help his clients in both civil and criminal cases.
